Refund policy

Each MARTINEZ product is made to order. Because products are created specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
